A válvula borboleta excêntrica Série WR foi projetada para o crescente mercado de saneamento, tratamento de água e efluentes. Com a construção em conformidade com a norma AWWA C-504, a Série WR possui sistema de vedação automática, proporcionando alta confiabilidade sob alta e baixa pressão, longa vida útil e baixo torque de operação.

> Construction Standard: AWWA C-504.

> Model: Flanged

> Face to Face: AWWA C-504.

> Dimensions: 100 to 1800mm (4″ to 72″).

> Pressure Limits: PN10, PN16 and PN25.

> Eccentric Disc: Flanged type for installation on flanges in compliance with ASME, AWWA, DIN and NBR standards. AWWA C-504 face-to-face standard.

> Stem Seal: Disc designed to provide low pressure drop in the fully open position, in addition to allowing greater fluid flow at small disc opening angles.  

> Manual or automatic activation: Sealing by means of gaskets with a gasket clamp mounted in the inverted position, allowing easy adjustment and uniform compression of the gaskets, and not interfering with the assembly of the actuator directly on the top flange of the valve. Standardized gaskets, facilitating their interchangeability.

> Automatic sealing

It allows the coupling of manual, pneumatic and electric drives directly on the top flange which, along with the rod, meets the ISO 5211 standard.

> Seat

Mechanically crimped to the body with a polished sealing surface, ensuring low drive torque and a longer seal life.

> Finite elements

Project developed with software support for finite element analysis ensuring greater structural reliability to the set.
